Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with both ischemic (ACA,MCA) and hemorrhagic type of stroke 2.In Patients referred to Stroke Rehabilitation within 7 days to 2 weeks 3.Patients able to stand with therapist support and with sitting balance 4. Mini Mental State Examination score more than 24/30 5.Co-operative and willing to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe Osteo arthritis 2.Deep vein thrombosis 3. Recent fracture in Lower Limb 4.Osteoporosis 5.Deformities in Lower Limb

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Lower limb motor performance will be measured by using Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Lower Extremity scale at baseline and after 4 weeks end of the treatment.Timepoint: 2

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Balance will be measured by using Berg balance scale at baseline & after 4 weeks end of the treatment.Timepoint: 2;Walking performance will be measured by using functional ambulation category at baseline & after 4 weeks end of the treatment.Timepoint: 2
