Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students and Staffs of various department of MAHE, Manipal who are diagnosed with PCOD and who are having regular menstrual cycle will be included. Best corrected visual acuity of 0.0logMAR

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with Established ocular surface disorders, subjects who are Contact lens users, any history of ocular trauma and previous eye surgeries, any systemic or ocular conditions or medications that affect the ocular parameter changes, any systemic condition or medications which can cause hormonal changes

Visual acuity- Distance(log units), center corneal thickness(µm),Intraocular pressure(mmHg),objective refraction(Diopter),corneal curvature(diopters) Timepoint: The preliminary examination will be done on 2nd and 14th day of menstruation
