Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient of either sex, aged between 18 to 60 years. 2. All non obese 3. No identified difficult airway or history that required the patient to be awake during trachel intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancellation of tracheal intubation/ modified anesthesia protocol. 2. Upper airway deformity/ tumour or trauma 3. Reduced mouth opening, edentulous, missing teeth in lower jaw, limitation of Thyromental joint, or Atlanto- occipital joint movements. 4. H/o thyroid or neck surgery. 5. Pregnant patients.
