Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients in age group of 18-65 years of age of ASA status 1,2 with cervical spine abnormality planned for surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients of ASA physical status 3,4 and 5. Patients planned for awake fiberoptic intubation. Patients planned for nasal intubation. Patients with restricted mouth opening.
