Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subject should have Minimum 20° restriction in active knee extension test unilaterally. 2.Without current spinal or lower limb pathology. 3.Participants playing kabaddi at least 3 times a week. (in the last six months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects having current symptomatic low back pain and neurological symptoms. 2.History of spinal surgery. 3.Any contraindication to spinal mobilization. 4.Any spinal, pelvic, hip, and knee pathology or fracture or pain in past one year. 5. History of neck trauma or painful neck symptoms.
