Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The study will invlove Both male and female participants 2 Subjects with No other systemic diseases and no underlined cognitive disorder 3 Willing to participate in the trial by signing an informed consent. 4 Individuals with a score of 5 or above in Oswestry Disability Index and Visual Analogue Scale 5 The Research would cover people aged between 25 and 55 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects with health problems like cognitive impairment, psychological disorders,IVDP,Spondylothesis or any systemic ailments will be excluded 2 Individual consuming alcohol and nicotine. 3 Indviduals who are pregnant and Lactating are excluded from this study 4 People under any medications. 5 Individuals with a score of 4 or below in Oswestry Disability Index and Visual Analogue Scale are excluded.
