Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age above 18, clinical suspicion of blunt trauma thorax, positive chest compression test
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated penetrating trauma chest 2. patients requiring immediate surgery 3. patients deemed unsuitable because of extent of trauma or hemodynamically unstable as deemed by ED physician
