Inclusion criteria: Lakshanas of Nidranasha Symptoms of Insomnia Patient fit for Padabhyanga

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Alcohol Addiction Previously diagnosed psychiatric cases and under medication Systemic illness which interfere with the intervention
