Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Systemically healthy -Mixed population -Non-smokers -On no-medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteerâ??s suffering from: -Diabetes mellitus type I and type II -Hypertension -On medication or steroids -Hormonal therapy -Blood dyscrasias or anaemic -Pregnant or lactating -Donated blood in the last 60 days
