Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children diagnosed with confirmed diagnosis of trisomy 21 Adequate cooperation of children and parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individual diagnosed with other disabilities Children in which clinical examination is not feasible children whose caregivers/parents does not give written consent.
