Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Established diagnosis as per Rome Criteria III with active IBS symptoms as indicated by a score between (75 - 299 on IBS - SSS) 2.PSS scale between 14-26. 3.Participants irrespective of gender will be included and who are willing to take medicine. 4.Age group within 20-40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Laboratory or imaging evidence of an alternative explanation of symptoms. 2.Subject who received antibiotics or any active drug treatment within 4 weeks prior to date of enrolment or patients taking any type of antistress treatment. 3.Known cases of active PR bleed and GI disease such as ulcerative colitis, crohnâ??s disease. 4.History of colon resection, Abdominal surgery. 5.Any uncontrolled systemic disorder. 6.Immunocompromised Individuals or subjects on immunosuppressive drugs. 7.Pregnant women, lactating mothers and premenopausal women.
