Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Students with mechanical low back pain 2.18 to 25 years of age 3.Both male and female 4.Localized low back pain 5.Duration of low back pain >= 3 months 6.NPRS score (4-6) moderate pain 7.Can hold the Biering-Sorensen test for at least 1 minute 8.Sit and Reach test value - Poor (ACSM Sit and Reach test normative data)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nerve root compression 2.Radiating pain 3.Spinal deformity 4.Inflammatory disease 5.Infections 6.Acute disc herniation 7.Spinal fracture 8.Systemic illness 9.Neurologic disease 10.Rheumatic disease 11.Psychological disorders 12.Contraindications to exercises
