Intervention1: intervention agent is 1litre/kg/minute flow rate in heated humidified nasal cannula: flow rates of 1litre/kg/minute is taken as the intervention and is compared with flow rates of 2litr

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children less than one year, admitted with bronchiolitis and modified TAL score more than 5 initiated on HHHFNC support.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with preexisting cardiac illness, neuromuscular diseases, chronic lung diseases. Children with orofacial anomalies Children who are born less than 37 weeks Children on home NIV
