Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring bilateral local anaesthetic injec¬tions and who are willing to participate. 2. Patients who are 15 years and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with missing contra lateral teeth for extraction. 2. Patients with mental disability. 3. Any breach and lesion pertaining to the mucosal site of LA administration
