Interventions

Intervention1: Netarsudil 0.02% ophthalmic solution: we will administer 1 drop of Netarsudil 0.02% ophthalmic solution through topical self administration once at bed time in patients of primary angle

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Patients of either sex of age > 40 years. 2. Clinically diagnosed patients of: Primary angle closure glaucoma 3. Able to give informed consent and follow study instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1 Patients having known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation. 2 Previous glaucoma surgery or refractive surgery. 3 Report of ocular injury in either eye. 4 Inability to come for regular follow up. 5 Ocular diseases with inflammation as a manifestation. 6 Use of systemic medication (steroids) that could affect the IOP.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of Intra Ocular Pressure from baseline.Timepoint: Reduction of Intra Ocular Pressure from baseline at 15 days, 1 month 2 months and 3 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To report the proportion of adverse drug reaction by using naranjo scale.Timepoint: 15 days, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months & 6 months after drug administration
