Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 13 years and with isolated blunt injury chest, managed conservatively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intubated or with mechanical ventilation. 2. Chronic systemic diseases: like heart failure, COPD. 3. Pregnancy. 4. Polytrauma- Head injury (GCS 5. Pre-existing disability interfering with yoga therapy, eg. Bony deformity of the spine/ chest

MeasureTime frame
To compare Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and Chest X-ray between the two groups.Timepoint: ON ADMISSION, 1 WEEK AND 4 WEEK.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Compare pain score. 2.Compare the length of hospital stay. 3.Quality of Life. Timepoint: ON ADMISSION, 1 WEEK AND 4 WEEK.
