Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having suspected infection and hemodynamic instability or septic shock, 2. Patient who are required monitor bed or ventilator bed in Intensive Therapy Unit, 3. Patient or patientâ??s close relatives who are giving written consent for my case study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient or patientâ??s close relative who do not give consent, 2. Patient having known history of any cardiac disease, acute coronary syndrome, cardiac dysrhythmias, 3. Patient having acute pulmonary edema, status asthmaticus, severe respiratory disorder, 4. Contraindication to Central venous catheterization, 5. Patient having do-not-resuscitate status.
