Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute on chronic / chronic Fissure with sentinel tag. 2. Fissure with grade I Internal hemorrhoids (if found during procedure) 3. Patiet who will give Written informed consent. 4. Patients with Hb >= 10 gm %

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having any systemic disease DM / HT/ BA/ IHD etc. 2. Cirrhosis of liver, Hyperlipidemia 3. HIV, HBsAg positive patients, TB or Immuno compromised patients, Malignancy 4. Patients having ulcerative colitis, Chrohnâ??s diseases, irritable bowel disease. 5. Patients of fissure in ano with signs of Agnimandya Anorexia, heaviness in body. 6. Acute fissure, Fissure with anal polyp, Anal warts, Grade II, III, IV hemorrhoids or fistula. 7. ANC patient 8. Patients on long term oral corticosteroid therapy.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Postoperative fissurectomy pain 2. Frequency of Analgesia required Timepoint: 6 hours after surgery, 1st , 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 15th postoperative day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Wound healing. 2. Number of days required for patient to get back to work after surgeryTimepoint: 15 days
