Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with sign & symptoms of Karnasrava (Otomycosis) like Discharge, Pain, Itching and Feeling of ear blockage- Sravetu puyam

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus/ Meningitis/ Tuberculosis/ Pregnant women/ Tympanic membrane perforation and Invasive temporal bone infection
