Inclusion criteria: 1.PATIENTS HAVING PAMA AS PER CLASSICAL SIGN AND SYMPTOMS AS IN CLASSICAL TEXT 2.NEWLY DIAGNOSED PATIENTS OF PAMA HAVING SIGN AND SYMPTOMS BEFORE 10 TO 15 DAYS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.KUSTHA OTHER THAN PAMA OR SCABIES 2.SCABIES WITH OTHER COMPLICATIONS OF CRUST OR HYPERKERATOSIS 3.PATIENT WHO SUFFERING FROM ANY OTHER SYSTEMIC ILLNESS IMMUNODEFICIENCY DISORDER OR ANY METABOLIC DISORDER
