Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All cases of chronic diseases will be considered with psychodynamic causations. 2. All patients with any dream will be included in study. 3. Patients of age 20-60 yrs and both sexes will be included. 4. All patients irrespective of socioeconomic status and geography will be taken up for study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having only acute complaints will not be taken in consideration. 2. Patients taking any steroids or any other medications will not be included in study (HTN, Diabetes & Thyroid cases are exceptions). 3. Patients with irregular follow ups will not be considered.
