Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: stroke attack within one year of period of stroke and after 15 days of attack. Ischemic and hemorrhagic both type of stroke patients Conscious patient. Patients Yogya for Virechana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Marked mental impairment. Patients have bed sores. Age above 65 yrs and below 20 yrs. Incontinence of bowel and bladder. Comatose and unconscious patients Uncontrolled DM, Hypertension, or any other systemic illness. Intracranial infections such as meningitis. Space occupying lesions of brain such as tumor Post traumatic paralysis patients. Congenital defects-diffuse sclerosis, cerebral agenesis etc. and other major illnesses. Patients Ayogya for Virechana.
