Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 40-55 years. 2. Women with family completed. 3. Women not willing to conceive. 4. Patients willing for trial. 5. Perimenopausal women with menstrual disorders including: • Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB) • Uterine Fibroid (upto 5cm) • Menorrhagia (Mild to Moderate) • Endometrial Hyperplasia/Polyp • Adenomyosis • Endometriosis 6. Patients not taken Hormonal Pills since last 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Females of age below 40 and above 55 years. 2 Patients with evidence of malignancy. 3 Pregnancy 4 IUCD in situ 5 Poorly or uncontrolled DM and /or HTN. 6 Suffering from major systemic illness. 7. History of cardiac diseases. 8. Uncontrolled Thyroid Disorder 9. Participation in any other clinical trial during past 6 months. 10. Patients not willing for trial.
