Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects fulfilling at least one of the diagnostic criteria. Ready to sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgeries. Pregnant women Known case of disc slip, osteoporosis, disc desiccation, spondylolisthesis. Subjects those who cannot follow the command.
