Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of Ruk, Toda, Stambha and Spandana in the Sphik, Kati, Uru and Pada 2. Tenderness along the course of the Sciatic nerve. 3. Patients in the age-group of 20-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Benign or Malignant tumor of the spine or tuberculosis of the vertebral column. 2. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiovascular disease, Pregnancy and Lactating mother.
