Intervention1: Acupuncture and Moxibustion: Study group: Acupuncture with Moxibustion at CV-12.Needle retention for the duration of 30 min. Moxibustion given near the needle knob on and off exposture

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus 2.Age:30 years to 60 years 3.Both male & female 4.Willing to give their consent to participate in this research study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetic Neuropathy 2.Pregnancy and Lactation

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Fasting & Postprandial blood glucose level will be assessed on first day prior to the intervention & post assessment will be taken on the 14th day after the intervention.Timepoint: 14 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Heart rate & heart rate variability will be assessed before and after intervention on 1st and 14th day prior and after the interventionTimepoint: 14 days
