Intervention1: Access cavity preparation during pulpectomy: Access cavity preparation during pulpectomy in primary mandibular second molars using naked eye, surgical loupes and dental operating micros

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.5-8 years old healthy children. 2.Primary molars indicated for pulpectomy 3.Proximal lesions involving one wall only 4.Children whose parents/ guardians have given consent. 5.Franklâ??s behaviour rating scale (definitely positive and positive)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with systemic diseases, intellectual disability, psychiatric disorders. 2.Teeth with internal resorption, tooth mobility, root resorption, or any evidence of space infection.
