Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group of 18 â?? 35 years 2. ASA II patients with full term pregnancy 3. Elective LSCS 4. Parturient giving informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Known hypertensive patients, patients on anti- hypertensive drugs & uncontrolled PIH 2. Multiple Gestations 3. Obese ( > 90 kg) or BMI >30 kg/m2 4. Short stature ( 5. Haemoglobin 6. Patients with spinal deformity or puncture site infection 7. Known hypersensitivity to any of the 3 drugs 8. Patients with bleeding diathesis or coagulopathy
