Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients admitted to critical care units of Nehru Hospital Nurses working in critical care units & are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with traumatic injuries Patients who are having any pressure injuries before admission
