Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Post myocardial infarction patients upto 40 years. - Patients who can read and speak Hindi/English - Willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with mental health disorders - Patients who do not have a smartphone with internet facilities.
