Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Haemodynamicaly stable patients of age group 20 to 65 years American society of anesthesiologist (ASA) grade I and II Weight range up to 20% of ideal body weight for either sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of chronic systemic disease Pregnancy Known psychiatric disorders Anticipated difficult airway Short stature Patients refusal for participation Surgery exceemore than 4 hours or requiring epidural activation
