Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Individuals who are diagnosed with young onset T2DM -Physically Inactive Individuals (Less than 150 minutes of physical activity)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Individuals with T1DM -Individuals with latent autoimmune diabetes (LADA) in adults or gestational diabetes -Ongoing Pregnancy -Any neurological or musculoskeletal, neurovascular or cardiovascular disease which is contraindicated to exercise -Any systemic infections -Known psychiatric condition
