Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with clinical features of kaphaja pratishyaya as per classic irrespective of sex, caste or religion. Patients with signs and symptoms of Chronic Rhinosinusitis. Patients in the age group of 21-50 years with history of sinusitis of more than 12 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate in clinical trial. Chronic debilitating infectious diseases. Cases with nasal polyp requiring surgical treatment. Patients associated with nasal and PNS carcinoma.
