Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA physical status 1 and 2 2) Drugs that alter gastric motility 3) Patients undergoing infra umbilical surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any known medical condition 2)Drugs that alter gastric motility 3)An overnight fasting time less than six hours for solids and two hours for clear fluid. 4)Unwillingness to participate on the day or refusal to consent by guardians. 5)Patients with a history of oesophageal or gastric surgery or gastrointestinal disorders( including gastroesophageal reflux, hiatal hernia, or gastritis)
