Intervention1: Yagya therapy as adjuvant therapy in pulmonary TB patients: exposure group will be exposed to yagyatherapy for 1month and on follow up on next month they will be compare with non expo

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are PLHA positive along with TB Patients with MDR and XDR TB Pregnant and lactating woman Patients with asthma and COPD Patients with history of allergy

weight gain, Sputum smear status, chest x-ray finding improvementTimepoint: At end of 1st and 2nd month of therapy

To assess changes in X-ray chest in adult TB patient on AKT with add on yagyatherapy at 1st and 2nd month of therapy To assess AFB smear in adult TB patient on AKT with add on yagyatherapy at 1st and 2nd month of therapy Timepoint: At end of 1st and 2nd month of therapy
