Inclusion criteria: term Pregnant Females undergoing lower segment cesarean section under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preterm High risk pregnancy- Placenta Previa, Abruptio placentae, multiple pregnancy, cardiovascular co-morbidities
