Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA physical status I and II 2 Both male & female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Refusal to participate 2 Morbid Obesity (BMI > 30) 3 History of oral/ maxillofacial/ head & neck surgeries 4 Anticipated difficulty with anaesthesia facemask ventilation (Annexure V) 5 Expected/ Encountered difficulty in intubation (Annexure VI) 6 Expected difficult extubation (Annexure VII) 7 Known respiratory or cardiac diseases 8 Intraoperative hypotension necessitating inotropic support 9 Beta-blocker therapy in last one month
