Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with the age between 18 to 60 years without any bar of age, sex, religion. 2. Volunteers with score level 45 and above on assessment of WEMWBS. 3. Assessment of HS-19 with more than 75% result at all the 2 or 3 levels. 4. Apparently healthy individuals willing to comply with all study procedures and availability for the duration of the study. 5. Volunteers not practicing or in irregular practice of Yoga.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 18 years and above 60 years 2. Volunteers with less than 45 score level on assessment of WEMWBS. 3. Volunteers with HS-19 score level less than 75% at all the 2 or 3 levels. 4. Individuals who have been hospitalized prior to 3 month of enrollment in study. 5. Individuals who are detected with physical and psychological anomalies. 6. Pregnant and lactating women. 7. Individual already practicing Yoga.
