Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects of age 25 â?? 50 years. 2. Interproximal 2 or 3 wall intrabony defect in the posterior teeth with a probing depth of>=5mm. 3. Subjects with radiographic evidence of intrabony defect >=3mm. 4. Subjects willing to participate in the study. 5. Subjects who are apparently healthy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 2. Any form of Tobacco use. 3. Having habits like bruxism and night clenching. 4. Allergic drug history . 5. Subjects who underwent any form of periodontal therapy in the past 6 months
