Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having low level fistula in ano

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients of tuberculosis,actinomycosis,diabetes mellitus. 2.patients having life threatening systemic diseases e.g. malignancy 3.Patients with multiple fistula in ano. 4.Patients with fistulous tract having connection with other viscera like urinay bldder. 5.pregnant women
