Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Cases suffering from plantar fasciitis for a minimum of 12 weeks 2.Had not taken any forms of treatment for the past 2 weeks 3.Those aged between 18 and 65 years 4.Participants of either sex 5.Literate patients who can read English, Hindi and/or Bengali. Illiterate patients will be interviewed by the investigators maintaining adequate confidentiality
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Vulnerable population â?? unconscious, non-ambulatory, too sick for consultation, differently abled, terminally or critically ill subjects 2.Suffering from calcaneal spur or any bony deformity or foot pathology 3.Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure 4.Pregnant and puerperal women, lactating mothers 5.Tobacco chewing and/or smoking, alcoholism, and/or any other form(s) of substance abuse and/or dependence 6.Self-reported immune-compromised state (e.g., HIV) 7.Undergoing homeopathic treatment for any chronic disease(s) within last 6 months 8.Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trials
