Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of anaesthesiologists physical status 1-2 schedule for elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Repeat craniotomies 2.Patients with history of diabetes insipidus or syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic harmones 3.patients on diuretic mannitol or hypertonic saline before surgery
