Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with SIAD Patients consenting for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged Life Threatening co-morbidities Patients denying to consent for the study

1. Treatment related Over-Correction of Serum Sodium Levels at 48 hours. 2. Falls, Cognitive Dysfunction, Fractures on follow-upTimepoint: 48 hours 1 year

MeasureTime frame
1. Duration of ICU Stay, Hospitalization, In-hospital mortality. 2. Rate of serum sodium recovery. 3. 12-month mortality in patients diagnosed with SIAD. 4. Recurrence of Hyponatremia in the next 12 months.Timepoint: 1 year
