Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring dental procedures indicated for Inferior Alveolar Nerve Block anesthesia (pulp therapies, extractions, or other surgical interventions) Patients categorized under Frankelâ??s negative and positive behaviour categories No history of previous dental office visits Patients whose parents give informed consent for participation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with special health care needs Children showing positive response to patch test of Lignocaine Children whose parents/guardian do not agree for written informed consent
