Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Normal healthy patients of both the sexes who are indicated for minor periodontal surgeries. 2.Patients between the ages of 20-40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with any blood disorders, pathological conditions like neuropathies, laminopathies, somatic cell mutations like skin cancer, lung cancers and patients undergoing adreno-corticosteroids or oestrogen therapy which will lead to a decrease in the number of Barr bodies. 2.Pregnant and lactating females
