Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: With symptoms of persistent fever or Cough for >2 weeks , unexplained weight loss, hemoptysis and abnormal chest X- ray suggestive of TB despite antibiotic course with 2 sputum smear negative. Clinically diagnosed Extra pulmonary TB involving lymph node, spine, pleura.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with sputum positive pulmonary TB. Patients less than 18 years of age. Uncontrolled asthma, COPD, active hemoptysis, recent eye surgery and other conditions where fibro optic bronchoscopy or induction of sputum is contraindicated. Lack of informed consent.
