This study is about the efficacy of antibiotics and their combinations with adjuvants which are usually prescribed to treat infections and in the treatment of the severe infections called sepsis, so as to improve the quality of treatment in future.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI Patients with Sepsis or high suspicion of sepsis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refuse to participate, withdraw of consent during study time. Age 80yrs Pregnancy, palliative care patients, Severe oliguric AKI at presentation or AKI on DAY 1 or Day 2 of ICU stay. BMI >30

The secondary objectives will be the number of ventilator days, length of stay in ICU (meet criteria of readiness to shift to room), the incidence of AKI, VAP, CRBSI, CAUTI, Hypocalcemia, & resistance pattern in cultures.Timepoint: 90 days
