Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 clinically diagnosed patients of hypothyroidism. previously diagnosed cases of hypothyroidism reoccurring, with other medicines with no avail. 2 patients having serum TSH variations 3 patients giving consent and maintaining follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 pregnant and lactating female 2 patient having serum TSH values more than 25 mIU/L 3 Patients sufferinng with disease having gross pathological changes and malingnancies 4 Patients who are previously on treatment for congenital hypothyroidism
