Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients aged >30 years who are known cases of Type 2 DM 2)Patients diagnosed with Type 2 DM for more than 6 months 3)Patients residing in the study area for more than 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Bedridden patients and severely ill patients who are unable to communicate • Known cases of psychiatric disorders
