Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meets DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical manual of mental disorder) diagnostic criteria for insomnia. 2. Patient with no history of head trauma, epilepsy, metal implantation in head, Pacemaker implantation. 3. Male and Female patients aged between 18 and 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients working in shift basis involving frequent and regular changes in day and night work schedule that impacts circadian rhythm. 2.Pregnant Women, Breast feeding mother. 3.Patients under sedative during preceding week 4. Abuse of substances like alcohol and psychotropic drugs. 5. Patient those who are not complaint with the treatment or study protocol. 6.Needle phobia
